Refund Policy

At Flawless Beauty Aesthetics, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring our clients have a positive experience with each treatment. Due to the nature of our services, we have established a No Refund Policy, which is detailed below.

All treatments provided at Flawless Beauty Aesthetics are tailored to each individual’s unique needs, skin type, and goals. Once a service has been performed, it cannot be “returned” or undone, making refunds impractical.

Many of our services involve the use of medical-grade products, prescription skincare, and other consumables that cannot be reused once applied. These products are prepared and applied specifically for each client, and their cost is non-refundable.

While some results may take time to fully develop, many of our treatments produce immediate or progressive outcomes. Because results are visible or measurable shortly after treatment, they cannot be reversed or refunded.

Our staff prepares extensively for each client’s visit, ensuring that the right products, equipment, and time are dedicated to each treatment. Cancellations or refunds would disrupt this carefully planned process and impact the availability of appointments for other clients.

All Sales Are Final: Once a service or treatment has been purchased and performed, no refunds will be issued.

Prepaid Packages and Gift Cards: Purchases of treatment packages and gift cards are non-refundable and expire 1 year (365 days) after purchase.
