Shirl Strong, Founder and Owner of Flawless Beauty Medical Spa & Wellness, is a licensed Para Medical Micropigmentation Specialist, specializing in Permanent Cosmetics, and an upcoming Aesthetic Nurse! Her passion for the beauty industry runs deeper than outward beauty. Her goal is to not only aesthetically enhance natural beauty to one's liking, but to inspire and motivate women to live their best life, full of confidence and beauty that shines from the inside out. Shirl is also the founder of JakeLynn Cosmetics, an exclusive professional cosmetic line.

Nikki Osborne, RN Injector
Meet Nikki, our newest RN Injector. She has an eye for symmetry when it comes to facial features, which makes her great at her job! She's also our weight-loss and IV vitamin specialist. When Nikki isn't at the Spa injecting, she's saving lives in the ED! She's also on her way to becoming a Nurse Practitioner. We couldn't be more excited!
