At Flawless Beauty Aesthetics, we value your time and are committed to providing all clients with the best possible scheduling flexibility. Our Cancellation Policy is in place to ensure that we can accommodate each client’s needs while managing our appointments effectively.
Policy Terms:
1. Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours):
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will require full payment of the service fee prior to rescheduling any future appointments.
2. No-Show Policy:
If you miss your scheduled appointment without notifying us, it will be considered a “no-show.” For any no-show appointments, we will require full payment of the missed service before rescheduling.
3. Payment Terms for Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
To secure future appointments following a late cancellation or no-show, clients must pay the full cost of the originally scheduled service. This payment will be applied toward the upcoming appointment.
4. Arriving Late to Appointments:
If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service if it conflicts with other bookings. For appointments shortened due to late arrival, the full-service fee will still apply.
Why We Have This Policy:
Staff Preparation: Each appointment requires our team to prepare materials, equipment, and time specifically for you. Late cancellations and no-shows disrupt this preparation and affect other clients’ appointment availability.
High Demand: As a medical spa, we often have a waitlist for popular services. Our policy ensures we can offer open time slots to other clients when cancellations occur with adequate notice.
